Installation Environmental Requirements:

Ensure that the installation area is level, clean and has sufficient space for proper operation of the Z Bucket Elevator.

Z Bucket Conveyor Installation location should be near a power source and easy to operate.

Installation Procedure:

Preparation: Check whether all parts of the Z Type Belt Conveyor are complete and make sure there is no damage.

Fixing bracket: Install the bracket of the Z Type Conveyor Belt to the designated position, make sure the bracket is stable and perpendicular to the ground.

Install the conveyor belt: Install the conveyor belt on the bracket, make sure the pulleys are parallel to the track and the tension is appropriate.

Connect the power supply: Connect the power cable according to the electrical requirements of the equipment and make sure the power supply is stable.
