Running operation

Product conveying: The products that need to detect the weight are placed on the conveyor belt in an orderly manner to ensure that the products are placed smoothly, and the conveying speed can be adjusted according to the actual situation. If it is a continuous production line, it is necessary to ensure that there is an appropriate interval between products to avoid collision affecting the weighing accuracy.
Weight detection: When the product is moved to the weighing area with the conveyor belt, the weight inspection scale will automatically measure the weight of the product, and compare the measurement results with the preset target weight and tolerance range, and display the weight data and conformity information of the product in real time on the operation interface.
According to the results of the comparison, Checkweigher Conveyor processes the product according to the preset sorting mode. For overweight or underweight products, Check Weigher Machine will remove them from the conveyor belt through the corresponding removal devices, such as push rods, blowing devices, etc., so that they enter the designated collection area of unqualified products; The qualified products continue to be transported along the conveyor belt to the next process.
 

Maintenance

Cleaning: Regularly clean the conveyor belt and weighing platform of the weight scale to remove dust, debris and residual product debris on the surface to prevent it from affecting the weighing accuracy and equipment operation.
Parts inspection: check whether the conveyor belt has wear, deviation and other conditions, if necessary, timely adjustment or replacement; Check whether the working state of the rejection device is normal, to ensure that it can accurately eliminate unqualified products; Check whether key components such as sensors are damaged or loose, and repair or replace them in time if there is a problem.
Calibration check: Regularly use standard weights to calibrate the weighing scale to ensure the accuracy of its weighing; According to the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer, regularly send the inspection scale to the relevant metrological department for verification, and obtain a qualified metrological certificate.
