Checkweigher Conveyor is also known as weight sorter, it is a kind of automatic Conveyor Checkweigher machine equipment widely used in food, pharmaceutical and other industries on the production line, it can real-time online detection of the products on the production line, which is overweight, underweight unqualified products. And then automatically rejected out.
How checkweighers go to work?
Weighing preparation: first of all, calibration of the load cells, setting of the weighing parameters, etc., to ensure the accuracy of the weighing results.
Weighing process: when the object is transported to the conveyor belt of the Conveyor Belt Check Weigher, the sensors will immediately sense the gravity of the object and the system will process the gravity figures and transmit them to the computer system to save the data for future data inquiries.
Output: The gravity of the product is recognized by the sensor, and the specific figures will appear on the electronic display for the staff to view and record. At the same time, the Check Weigher Machine system will also be based on the values that have been set in advance for judgment, if the weight exceeds the set weight or lower than the set weight, it will be automatically rejected out of the production line.
