How to extend the life of the multihead weigher

In today's era of rapid advancement in industrial automation, Multihead Weigher have become a vital core component in Automated Packaging System. In the daily production and operational processes of enterprises, if the maintenance and upkeep of the multi head packing machine are meticulously conducted, it can significantly extend its service life, enabling it to continue to serve the enterprise stably for an extended period. Moreover, careful maintenance and upkeep can also enhance its weighing accuracy more effectively, thereby maximizing the value of the multi-head scale and assisting enterprises in achieving efficient, accurate, and reliable operations in the production and packaging stages.

After the daily use of equipment, the multi-head combined scale should clean the main vibration plate, wire vibration plate, storage hopper, weighing bucket and other parts that are in direct contact with the material. The dust under the Multihead Weigher Machine components should be cleaned regularly. Special attention should be paid to cleaning the inside of the weighing bucket pendant, and it is forbidden to impact, force or rotate the pendant with hands or hard objects, otherwise the digital sensor will be damaged.

The vibration strength, the movement flexibility of the storage hopper and the weighing hopper, the zero and full value of the digital sensor should be tested regularly for half a year or a year. Check the hooks of each weighing bucket for foreign objects before each use, and remove dust from the hooks of each weighing bucket after use. Lubricating the joints of the hopper with edible oil every week, when used in a dusty environment, special attention should be paid to cleaning to reduce mechanical wear. Clean the dust inside the aluminum shell every two months.

There are also different cleaning methods for different models

Waterproof model: conventional materials (for nuts, candy and some dry granular materials), for such equipment is generally first with an air gun to blow off the surface dust of the components, and then clean the components;

Viscous materials are washed using the shower method;

Non-waterproof type: For conventional materials, blow off the dust on the surface of the main vibration plate, wire vibration plate and other components with an air gun, and then clean with a little neutral cleaning liquid soaked and wringing gauze; Detachable parts can be immersed in warm water at 30-50 ℃ for cleaning;

For viscous materials, it is recommended to clean the disassembled parts with warm water, soak in warm water for about 5 minutes, and use neutral detergent or soap.
