As the material enters the weighing receptacle, the weighing sensor instantaneously measures the weight of the material within each one. Upon the attainment of particular conditions, the control system will select several weighing receptacles from the multitude according to the preset target weight combination, ensuring that the aggregate weight of the material in these receptacles closely approximates the target weight. For example, if the target weight is 1 kg, the control system may opt for a weighing receptacle containing 0.4 kg of material, another with 0.3 kg, and one with 0.32 kg, with their combined weight nearing 1 kg.

The chosen weighing hoppers then concurrently discharge the material, finalizing the weighing and discharging procedures via the lower hopper and outlet.This operational approach enables high-accuracy weighing to be achieved within a brief time frame and can address the packaging needs of varying weights. Additionally, multi-head weighing can further augment the precision and efficiency of weighing by adjusting parameters like the vibration feeding speed in accordance with the material characteristics, such as particle size and fluidity.
