● From the feeding hopper, vegetables are distributed to several independent multi - passages weighing hopper of the multi - head weigher. The general multi - head weighers have many hoppers, such as 14 Heads Multihead Weigher, 10 heads multihead weigher, etc., and can also be customized according to the required. Each weighing hopper is equipped with high - precision weighing sensors to measure the actual weight of vegetables in real time, which lays a foundation for subsequent weighing combinations.
● Then, the weighing part begins. Weights of the vegetables in each of weighing hoppers are monitored in real - time by the weighing sensors and transmitted to the control system as weight data. The control system will then analyze and process the weight data in each weighing hopper according to the target weight preset by the user. (E.g., if the target value is 500 grams, then the control system calculates which combination of the weight of even all hoppers is closest to this amount.)
● The control system uses complex algorithms to calculate the weight combinations of vegetables in each weighing hopper. It will try different combinations of weighing hoppers to find the combination whose weight is most in line with the target packaging weight.
● After determining the optimal combination, the control system will issue an instruction to open the discharge ports of the corresponding weighing hoppers, so that the vegetables in these weighing hoppers fall into the packaging containers (such as plastic bags, cartons, etc.) below to complete the final packaging process.
